These times are shipping times. Manufacturing time (specified on each product) and customs time (in the countries required) are not included. Orders with Nacex, DHL and Standard are shipped daily. Orders with Correos and Mondial Relay are sent weekly.
Only DHL Road allows the shipment of loose batteries. Batteries must be built-in or travel with the model to be shipped with other carriers.
The tax identification number is required for non-EU shipments with Standard and Correos to the Canary Islands.
If you select "Pickup at MAGOM HRC", the customer must wait for the store's notice to pick up the order. You can pick up your order during business hours.
The provider does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the sale cannot be carried out for reasons beyond its control. of the provider.
Our guarantee does not cover the loss of orders that are sent without tracking with Correos without tracking number (SN).
MANUFACTURING TIME
Some products may be available for purchase, but may not be in stock. Each item has a specified handling (manufacturing) time. This time must be added to the shipping time.
If the order is out of stock but available to purchase, with a PRE-SALE text, the customer will receive an email confirming and accepting the reservation of the product. As soon as the product is available, you will receive a message informing you that your order is being prepared and an estimated shipping date. The manufacturing time is calculated from the beginning of the preparation of the order.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the provider must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant, to the satisfaction of the client, so no liability may be attributed against the provider.
